Hurray! My first ever article is coming out in the March edition of Duiken Magazine in the Netherlands. If that was not enough already, they also chose one of my shots of the humpback as the cover shot for the edition. It will hit the market on 21st of February and is being pressed right now! Needless to say, I am very, very happy with it! ;-)

The article is a big one and is a mix between our humpback encounter and a description of the humpback migration along the Southern African eastcoast. As a matter of fact another article has come out in Submerge magazine in South Africa as well. This one written by the researchers of Zavora Marine Lab: Yara Tibirica, Sarah Bruck and Sabrina Brumme. I supplied them with a few images to spice up the article for a bit. I hope to receive the magazine soon so I can have a look at the result myself. These being my first publications, who knows how many more will follow? Stoked!
